About Jillian Gray

Jillian Gray is an Assistant Editor at Portfolio, where she works with author and Editorial Director Jeffrey A. Krames on such projects as The World is Curved by David M. Smick and Roy M. Spence Jr.’s It’s Not What You Sell, It’s What You Stand For. She has also acted as editor on Good Is Not Enough by Keith R. Wyche and Ignore Everybody by Hugh MacLeod. In her current role, Jillian has edited or served as co-editor on 50 titles and counting.

Jillian was born a bookworm and raised in New Jersey. At age 14 she left home to attend The Peddie School in Hightstown, New Jersey. She graduated from Cornell University with a B.A. in Arts and Science and has been with Portfolio since her internship in our publicity department in 2006. She currently resides on the Upper East Side and spends her free time working with her University’s young alumni board and is an active sister of Delta Phi Epsilon International Sorority.
